1. Eligibility for Returns

Return eligibility depends on the product condition:

New Products

  • Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • A valid reason for return (e.g., wrong item, damaged, or defective) is required.

Used & Overstock (Outlet) Products

  • These items are sold as-is.

  • Return is only accepted if:

    • The item is not as described

    • The item is defective and non-functional upon arrival

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., earphones, personal care items)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling


3. How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your DawerOnline account

  • Go to Orders > Request Return

  • Upload clear images/videos if the item is defective or incorrect

  • Our support team will review the request within 1–2 business days


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after item inspection and approval

  • Refunds may be processed:

    • As a wallet credit on DawerOnline

    • To the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error


5. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, the customer covers return shipping

  • If the item was defective or incorrect, DawerOnline or the seller will cover the cost
